| The Broan QTRE bathroom exhaust fans with lights are designed to meet stringent Energy Star requirements utilizing fluorescent bulbs. The QTR series is for the bath not used everyday so you don't have to be as concerned about energy efficiency. Both exhaust fans are still among the quietest products in their category however the QTR series features bright incandescent rather than fluorescents lighting. Both vent fan series have the ideal design solution for any bath or powder room and have a 3 year warranty.
