The item was fine. Took a while to get it. But it was supposed to be a replacement item for a client. I needed to be able to cut to length and add the end caps back on. I was told that this item was in three pieces. It is not. It is a molded plastic tray - perfect if your space is an exact size. Mine wasn't, so it didn't work. Polite customer service and handled the issue well. That's worth a lot! I'm still searching...
