| | Well made product that truly improves the usability of under-the-counter space. Just remember that because of the basket construction, small items will not stand up in the bottom of the basket. (This could be remedied by placing a thin plywood bottom in the shelf.)
One small issue: The minimum opening for installation of this model is listed as 11.5 inches, which is exactly what my cabinet was. However, the assembly instructions call for partial assembly of the unit on a flat surface and then inserting the unit into the cabinet to complete the installation. However, the unit would not fit into the cabinet (a bit too wide for the opening) and had to be partially disassembled to clear the sides of the door frame and then reassembled inside the cabinet. Not a big deal, just a little detour.

| | When we remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago we got pull out shelves in all our lower cabinets but one. I don't know what we were thinking. After living with a cabinet we had to dig through to find anything we finally decided to get an after market pull out shelf. This product fit perfectly, was easy to install and works beautifully! Could not be happier.

| | I just remodeled my kitchen and was disappointed in the pantry. Only the things in front could be easily found. I bought 3 of these and now can find everything easily. They fit perfectly, glide easily and come out to the full depth of the shelf. I put a piece of plexiglass in the one I plan to put my spice bottle in.

| | I recently purchased a 21" double chrome rev-a-shelf (I already had a smaller one. The frame on this one, however, was a bit warped and the screw holes were too big for the screws supplied. This was apparently not done in the factory. However, my husand a retired Navy chief, was able to adapt and overcome the situation. I really do like the product.
