 | Great Product - not so great to install

| | Glad to find pull out shelving for a small space that otherwise would have been unusable. They are very sturdy and well made. However, it did not take 20 minutes to install, but over an hour! The instructions could have explained "why" better, and the unit was not totally square when screwed down. Also, it would help if the rails were labeled front and back, and if the back attachment piece were longer, as I had to attach blocking for it to fit a standard 25" deep cabinet.

| | This is a heavy-duty dbl pull-out rack. Directions are slightly more difficult than necessary but, hard to make an error if you pay attention. I will be considering others for more cabinets! Expensive but, I'll just bet you will only need to buy them once!

| | Well made product that truly improves the usability of under-the-counter space. Just remember that because of the basket construction, small items will not stand up in the bottom of the basket. (This could be remedied by placing a thin plywood bottom in the shelf.)
One small issue: The minimum opening for installation of this model is listed as 11.5 inches, which is exactly what my cabinet was. However, the assembly instructions call for partial assembly of the unit on a flat surface and then inserting the unit into the cabinet to complete the installation. However, the unit would not fit into the cabinet (a bit too wide for the opening) and had to be partially disassembled to clear the sides of the door frame and then reassembled inside the cabinet. Not a big deal, just a little detour.

| | I recently purchased a 21" double chrome rev-a-shelf (I already had a smaller one. The frame on this one, however, was a bit warped and the screw holes were too big for the screws supplied. This was apparently not done in the factory. However, my husand a retired Navy chief, was able to adapt and overcome the situation. I really do like the product.
