	I love the tip-out storage tray. The brackets were a little tricky to install but that's probably partly due to the style of my cabinets. I ended up letting my 16 year old son install it for me. I use it everyday and love how it keeps my sink clutter free.

	The seller was great. The item is great but the hardware screws were weak. They stripped easily and three of the heads broke off. I had to hire someone to take the screw shafts off, since the positioning was so important.

	why are these not more popular? They're perfect for brushes, sponges, stoppers and keeps them out of site but easily at hand. Installation was easy for these and they feel solid with good tension on the hinge springs.

	The sink-front tip out tray would have been perfect had I realized the depth of my new sink didn't leave enough room for the trays. Moral of the story ... ALWAYS measure and don't assume. I put them on the inside of the cabinet door beneath the sink and that is working out fine though.
