The handcrafted cutting boards are truly unique with striking combinations of exotic and domestic hardwoods in two-tone and multiwood styles. The Purple Heart and White Oak cutting board features Purple Heart, an exotic hardwood found in Central and South America and White Oak, a domestic hardwood impervious to liquids. Two exotic hardwoods give the Padauk and Yellow Heart cutting board its vibrant color. Padauk comes from Malaysia and South Africa and is a brilliant red-colored wood. The Yellow Heart wood has a true yellow color and originates in Brazil. Nine exotic and domestic woods, including Purple Heart, Padauk, Yellow Heart, Black Walnut, Cherry, Ash, Oak, Birch and Mahogany are used to make the striped Multiwood cutting boards. Black Walnut, rich in brown, red and purple colors is paired with Cherry wood to create the Walnut and Cherry cutting board. Warm tones of brown, red and purple unite with yellow in the Walnut and Yellow Heart cutting board. Eight different domestic and exotic hardwoods are used to make the unusual Multiwood cutting boards. All of these cutting boards come with a hole for hanging and are available in two sizes.
