This is my 4th prep board. I have them (all 4) on my kitchen counters to work on and to keep the countertop in good shape. They are grouped and used for a buffet line too. The stainless steel adds a current look to the whole kitchen . . a real pick me up. I still have my original countertops (30 yrs) and they are in great shape because of these boards.

Yes the metal will be scratched with every slice of a knife but they are more sanitary than the plastic or wood cutting boards.
Also, the metal will never chip or crack.
