The Newton Prep Master III by John Boos has a 2-1/4” thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top with edge grain construction. Finished in boos block cream with beeswax, this board has a routed, sloped juice groove all around the outside edge. The rectangular board is reversible with a removable stainless steel condiment pan, making it easy to use the top to cut meat and the bottom for fruits and vegetables. 24"W x 18"D x 2-1/4"H, 30 lbs.
