John Boos Countertop Boards are uniquely designed to fit securely over the countertop. The countertop boards are reversible with one side featuring a gravy groove to catch juices. These boards are oiled and made from the finest Northern Hard Rock Maple and are a full 1 1/4" thick.

	We needed a large cutting board to slide over one side of a new double sink. The old sink had a custom cut cutting board that fit over one side and made it easy to slice and dice, and sweep the waste into the side with the disposal. The new sink does not have that option, and the John Boos cutting board (reversible counter top) is a perfect alternative. The lip fits over the edge of the counter, extending all the way to the back edge of the sink. The two sides allow separation of vegetable and meat cutting. It is very solid, and feels good to cut on (not too hard).
