| The possibilities are
literally endless. From wall hanging information cubbies or cases for your
favorite collectibles to countertop displays, point-of-purchase products
and racks. Show us your drawing for a free estimate. To place a
Special Order Drawer Insert, provide us with: 1. Your intended use for your special order. 2. Your sketch drawn clearly with all necessary dimensions. Your inserts
outside width and outside depth should be 1/8" less than your drawer's inside
width and depth if your insert has a floor. (1/16" less if a slotted
arrangement.) Specify both on your sketch. Allow for screws or hardware in
your drawer box that may interfere when inserting your Special Order. 3. Some drawers do not pull out fully. Consider your glide loss, or the
part of your drawer you can't "see" when fully open. Your design should
allow access to this covered area. Your drawer must be removable to
install your Insert. 4. Material thickness: For most Special Order Drawer Inserts, we use 1/4"
thick sheet for strength and rigidity and 1/8" acrylic for floors. |
