The Broan AE60 Whole House Air Exchanger is a fresh air ventilation system that draws fresh air in and dilutes airborne pollutants while expelling stale air. This whole-house fresh air system is designed for homes up to 2000 sq. ft. that have a bathroom fan and does not include heat or energy recovery features. These balanced ventilation systems can be installed anywhere in the house including basements, attics, closets, utility rooms, living rooms, kitchens or bathrooms. The Ultra Silent fans operate a .03 - .09 sones and deliver 160 to 185 CFM so they are ideal for any area of the home. The air filters are washable and are easy to remove. The balance air system ships via UPS or FedEx.
