The AEV Air Exchanger from Fantech refreshes the air in your home by bringing in fresh air from the outside and mixing it with recirculated inside air, then expelling the stale inside air out of the house. The air exchanger is designed for homes up to 1,500 square feet and delivers 120 CFM balanced ventilation. The EBM motor has precise balancing and is housed in a 22-gauge galvanized steel cabinet that's insulated with 1" high-density polystyrene foam to ensure quiet operation. The external rocker switch offers continuous ventilation with Low, Stand By and Medium positions. The air exchanger is UL listed and CSA certified and ships via UPS/FedEx Ground.

 | The answer is that it could help, depending on your geographic location. If you live in a very humid climate it will probably not change much, but if the humidity outside is lower than the humidity inside, it should help lower the humidity, as the fresh air that is coming in will be dryer. |

| It is not recommended as a Bath fan. It would be a better fit for general ventilation, as there is no defrost to deal with the high humidity potential of a Bathroom. |
