Broan offers you everything you need and want in their Built-in Ironing Centers. The centers are crafted from all metal construction and have a ventilated metal board, which is not only durable, but resistant to moisture as well. Three available height settings for the 42 inch ironing boards provide easy, optimal ironing comfort. And with a 180 degree swivel, the boards can fit in tight corners. The durable 24 gauge steel constructed ironing centers feature an attractive white finish. A convenient 12 inch high hot iron storage shelf is deep and tall to easily accommodate larger sized irons; and an additional 11 inch high storage shelf provides handy storage for other items in the cabinet. These innovative ironing centers include a pilot light, a silent timer that shows you when power is "on." Behind a shielded cover, is a built-in light (40 W bulb Bo included) to help you with perfect, precise ironing. When the door of the ironing centers is closed, the safety auto switch/auto shutoff turns off the electric supply. A useful three prong grounded outlet for your iron is built into these centers. Two different wall installation choices mean that you can choose the style to fit your home. The recess mount extends into your room approximately 3 3/4 inches with the door. The surface mount (which requires a collar-sold separately) is easy to mount and cuts no holes in your wall. A strong magnetic catch keeps the door closed and neatly in place. Door hinges for left or right mounted are also available for the multiple door styles offered (but sold separately). These UL, CUL approved ironing centers include iron pad and cover, and are backed by a one year manufacturers warranty. With all the essentials that Broan's Built-in Ironing Centers include, and the extras that put them above the rest, they are definitely pieces of style and function that will service your home for years to come.

 | Product is great, shipping not so much! by: john from: Aptos, ca on: August 26, 2011 |
| | First ironing center arrived with a large crunch on the side. Discovered the damage right after cutting the hole in the wall. They were good about sending another although it also arrived with a ding. The second ironing center was acceptable although they obviously have a shipping problem!
