 | Cute and practical by: Heather from: Mount Holly, NJ on: March 8, 2011 |
| | While I would love a real kitchen Island, my kitchen is too small and this fits perfectly. Not too challenging to put together and I was so excited to see it come to life. I love love love it. The garbage is so handy and it has made more space and hidden a yucky trash can. I do wish that there would have been something to hook the trash can to the wall because it does flip to much when opening, but I'll find a way to fix that, like superglue or some simple hardware. Also, I wish the top would be a cutting board, not just soft wood. Overall it is practical and useful.

| | I love this trash container. It was easy to put together and to use. It adds to the decor of my kitchen without taking up a lot of space. It is neat as well as functional.

 | Good result, lots of work. by: TJF from: Metuchen, nj on: November 22, 2010 |
| | I have been searching for a couple of years for a product that provided me with more counter space, as well as an "inside" trash receptacle, creating more floor space. I was thrilled when I found this product, and, after researching a few others, ordered this item with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, it took about a month to arrive. When it did, immediately I began to assemble it, which took up my kitchen floor in my apartment. Literally 10 hours later over the course of many days, finally it was complete, except for needing a water-proofing coat for the counter top (walnut oil for those without nut allergies). As a single-mom who assembled this item all by herself, I rate this product as difficult to assemble. The directions need some proof-reading and editing, and one slight misfit after another led to a very difficult last 2 steps of attaching the legs and then the counter top. Realize that the glue really works, and it doesn't mention until 2/3rds through that the dowels need to be hammered in as far as possible. Ultimately, I did it, which felt like quite the accomplishment. However, now I'm left with trying to find a square, or some alternative, garbage can to fit. It will happen, but was/is disappointing after all the hard work. To sum it up, be prepared with your tools, time, "muscle" and patience. TJF

 | Mostly happy by: Laurel Mulvey from: College Station, TX on: August 13, 2010 |
| | The cart came without damage and was fairly easy to put together. The only fault is that the drawer and the garbage can door are different materials and are different "whites" so it appears that these pieces were manufactured in different places and then packaged together. It is somewhat noticeable so if you are very picky about that....I wouldn't suggest buying.

 | Good product by: Steve from: Gainesville, Tx on: July 19, 2010 |
| | Took about 2 hours to put together. A little confusing keeping up with all the different parts. Some gluing required. Glue is supplied. Not fond of gluing stuff together but I know it helps the structural integrity of the item.
Pretty sturdy. Easy to move. Have to get the right sized trash can to fit. The top is unfinished so it needs a polyurethane coat or a clear plastic sheet or something to keep it from staining.
A little taller than standard cabinet so if you want it to butt up against your kitchen cabinet and the tops be even you'll have to take off the wheels and sit it on something to get the right height.

I love this shelves, trash, big wood top to work on.
Easy to put together (I only supervised)
Directions were well written, everything you needed in the box. Wheels even lock in place.
I already had one with just the trash on the front.
I need more prep room, this is great!

 | Fits My Needs by: Roberto from: Berkeley, CA on: February 8, 2010 |
| | Right size for my small kitchen. I love having the extra surface and cutting space. They shorted me two bolts for the garbage door handle but it was easy to get others from the hardware store. Harder to assemble than your basic Ikea stuff but seems sturdier too.

 | Great Procuct by: June from: Oklahoma City, OK on: July 16, 2009 |
| | I had been looking for a kitchen cart with a trash can in it, because my dog was always knocking the old one over!
It also is great for storing small appliances. Plus, gives me extra surface space in my small kitchen.

 | Excellent product by: Lori from: Margate, NJ on: July 16, 2009 |
| | This item is attractive, and it's a great space saver. It's also quite sturdy -- but like all "assembly required" products, the sturdiness depends largely on the strength and skill of the person assembling it! We would highly recommend this product.
