The Bakery Preparation Tables by John Boos are contructed from stainless steel with a 1¾" thick maple top that features a 4" riser on three sides. The riser helps to prevent making a mess of your floor, by keeping ingredients on the work surface like flour or other baking materials. The maple top is protected by a clear Varnique finish to ensure a long-lasting life. The stainless steel base features an undershelf with a bun pan rack that can hold eight 18" x 26" baking pans making it ideal for commerical use. The undershelf is secured in a fixed postion 12" above the floor, and feature 5" diameter heavy-duty locking casters for ease of mobility. The Bakery Preparation Tables are easy to assemble and ship via truck.
