Featuring a 10” thick northern hard rock maple top, this "Big Easy" Block by John Boos has an edge grain constructed butcher block that is finished with boos block cream with beeswax and varnique sides. The block has a routed juice groove that allows juice from meat to collect in a separate space as well as a removable, dishwasher safe knife shield. A natural maple drawer with a stainless steel pull allows for extra storage space as well as the natural maple slatted shelf. The block also includes a removable condiment pan and stands strong on maple legs.
