	We purchased a kitchen island. It is beautiful to look at, solidly made, a perfect work space addition for our kitchen. The wood was oiled before being shipped. I was surprised by how much oil was still on it, getting on our hands and everywhere it touched when we opened the (oily) box. We needed to protect the area and rub the table and parts with old towels. Being forewarned would have been helpful. That was the only drawback. Otherwise, we are just thrilled with this kitchen island.
