		The adjustable post fits 35-1/2" - 40-1/4" inside cabinet heights, and the shelf diameter is 18" or 20". As long as the inside height of your cabinet will accommodate the post height range: 35-1/2" - 40-1/4", then this item should fit in a 28 inch cabinet.

	From the picture it is not obvious, but does the bottom shelf rotate? How does the unit attach at the top and bottom? If fastened using wood screws, what thickness of wood is required at the top and bottom? Are there installation instructions available in PDF format? Thanks   - Asked about product KV-PFN18S3T-W
