| | For anyone that has an older home and needs a replacement cabinet that fits in the old spot, this one is perfect. I measured my old cabinet and this one had the exact measurements of the one I was replacing. It is an upgraded style to my old one. As far as other reviews that said they experienced a humming noise, this one did not do that. I have a feeling the company rectified that problem. The unit wasn't in stock but it came in a timely fashion.

Kitchensource exceeded my expectations regarding the order. There is a slight hum from the ballast, but I'm already used to it. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

| | This is an updated version of a very old design. It now uses F15T8 bulbs, so the light tubes are smaller than the old T12 units. Still uses magnetic ballasts and starters, though. I'm replacing those with electronic ballasts before I put it up. Item was shipped quickly and priced very competitively.

The ease of ordering and the simple install was painless. The delivery was delayed by one day because I was unaware of having to sign for the product when received, fedex left a door tag that I signed and I received delivery the next day, I feel fedex should come up with a better system for their own sake, how many package's do they deliver twice, thats just paying the driver to do the same job twice!
