|Great for the price

| ||Well made for the cost. Smaller than I expected, will hold lots of weight. Finish is very thin.

| ||Very basic rack, comes entirely disassembled. Some of the parts were scuffed and scratched but shouldn't be noticeable once installed. The parts take a bit of fudging to get them to line up straight. The grid is the least impressive as it literally just lays loose over three hanging rods - very cheap. I used small grey zip-ties to secure the grid system and they blend in well. In all it is workable but not impressive at all.
|It's very nice and great value for the price

| ||It is very practical and it has a lot of room for the pans.

| ||We have a limited amount of storage in our kitchen and with my husbands arthritis and back problems, it is not easy to bend over to get pots and pans out of the oven or lower cupboards. We installed the potrack over our island and it is just what we wanted and needed. The weight limits are great and with the new toggle system we didn't need to be in the studs. It truly is a great product!

| ||This is a great product and space saver!! It was very, very easy to install. I am also extremely glad that I read the customer reviews prior to purchasing it - otherwise I would not have known to buy the low ceiling arms (our ceiling is only 8 feet).

| ||As per your video advertisement, the assembly was easy and installing the product was simple.

| ||I'm very happy with my new potrack, it looks good, and was as easy to install as they said. My only dissapointment, is that the ceiling covers are no longer available, it would have given it a much more finished look. I would love it if they brought them back.
|Easy to install

| ||Very nice Port Rack of the old British style. The hammered finish seems to blend in very well with various colours, and the simple accents make it stylish without being fancy. It really is as easy to mount as they show in the video!
One word of advice, it doesn't come with the ceiling trim finishers although every picture shows them, and looks 100 times better when they are installed. Just gives the whole assembly a finished look rather than just being lashed to the ceiling.

|How does the low arm attach to the bolt hook? The only way I can see is using the "S" hook, but that seems way too easy to fall off it. - Asked about product EN-MPO-01
| ||The Low Ceiling Arms attach directly to the rack and you use the togglers to install it into the ceiling. You would remove the arms that come with the RIU MPOWG. You can view Installation Instructions here:
