The pot rack's steel construction safely holds hundreds of pounds - much more than the usual pots and pans hanging on the rack. It is light weight and measures 34"W x 14"D x 16"H. Add more storage with hook accessories, or add low-ceiling arms so hanging pots are not obsturcting the view of the kitchen. Looks Great -- was not hard to install
by: Karen Hoyer     from: Chicago, Il      on: March 3, 2015
The main thing I was worried about was making sure that it would be strong enough to hold up all my pots

Looks great, works great -- we're very happy
by: Karen Hoyer     from: Chicago, IL      on: February 20, 2015
I read a lot of reviews on Amazon about this pot rack even tho I bought it thru Kitchen The kit arrived promptly and all the pieces looked just fine. It was tricky to put together all by myself but I managed by propping up the pieces with my legs while I screwed them together! The instructions were easy to follow. I also read people's advice about installing it into the ceiling -- I had no troubles whatsoever. I bought the trim ceiling covers and it's true it is a little tricky to keep the plastic part from twirling around and therefore making it impossible to screw in. But I wedged a knife next to it and it stopped spinning and the screw eventually tightened. I have nine pots and frying pans hanging with two sauce pans sitting on the rack and it is totally stable and firmly attached to the ceiling. It took no time at all to install it -- the hardest part is measuring and marking the holes, bending backwards to look at the ceiling. The best part was seeing my husbands face when he came home and saw it all completed -- he thought we'd have to hire someone.

Great for the price

Well made for the cost. Smaller than I expected, will hold lots of weight. Finish is very thin.

Minimal quality
by: Eric     from: Raleigh, NC      on: November 22, 2013
Very basic rack, comes entirely disassembled. Some of the parts were scuffed and scratched but shouldn't be noticeable once installed. The parts take a bit of fudging to get them to line up straight. The grid is the least impressive as it literally just lays loose over three hanging rods - very cheap. I used small grey zip-ties to secure the grid system and they blend in well. In all it is workable but not impressive at all.

It's very nice and great value for the price

It is very practical and it has a lot of room for the pans.

great product
by: Carol Dubeansky     from: MEADVILLE, pa      on: May 10, 2012
We have a limited amount of storage in our kitchen and with my husbands arthritis and back problems, it is not easy to bend over to get pots and pans out of the oven or lower cupboards. We installed the potrack over our island and it is just what we wanted and needed. The weight limits are great and with the new toggle system we didn't need to be in the studs. It truly is a great product!

Excellent product!

This is a great product and space saver!! It was very, very easy to install. I am also extremely glad that I read the customer reviews prior to purchasing it - otherwise I would not have known to buy the low ceiling arms (our ceiling is only 8 feet).

As advertised
by: Ross Huddleston     from: Manson, NC      on: September 21, 2010
As per your video advertisement, the assembly was easy and installing the product was simple. Thanks!

by: Barbara Mikolajski     from: Maugansville, Md      on: March 5, 2010
I'm very happy with my new potrack, it looks good, and was as easy to install as they said. My only dissapointment, is that the ceiling covers are no longer available, it would have given it a much more finished look. I would love it if they brought them back.

Easy to install
by: Derek     from: Tulsa, OK      on: August 18, 2009
Very nice Port Rack of the old British style. The hammered finish seems to blend in very well with various colours, and the simple accents make it stylish without being fancy. It really is as easy to mount as they show in the video! One word of advice, it doesn't come with the ceiling trim finishers although every picture shows them, and looks 100 times better when they are installed. Just gives the whole assembly a finished look rather than just being lashed to the ceiling.

How does the low arm attach to the bolt hook? The only way I can see is using the "S" hook, but that seems way too easy to fall off it.   - Asked about product EN-MPO-01
The Low Ceiling Arms attach directly to the rack and you use the togglers to install it into the ceiling. You would remove the arms that come with the RIU MPOWG. You can view Installation Instructions here:
