| ||This pot rack is part of Enclume's professional grade, which is, I believe, a little heavier than some of their other lines. I have a fairly small kitchen and had just invested in some older, very heavy french copper pots and I needed a place for them. I like the oval design because it does not stick out into the room where I need walk space. I have a 5 quart and a 4 quart sauce pan as well as a 3qt sautuese evasee, a 12in skillet, and a copper pancake lid hanging from it right now and there might be room for one more small pan or hanging utensils. None of the pans touches the wall, so if your worried about it being oval and too close to the wall, I would say you don't have to worry that your pots are too big unless you would like to hang a very large stock pot. The brushed ss finish is nice looking. It comes with an ample amount of hooks. It was easy to install. We really concentrated on finding studs and the top bracket of the rack was flush against the ceiling so there is a cross beam that we could tap into. I have 8ft ceilings and I wanted it as high as it could go. I'm 5'5 and have no trouble retrieving or placing the pots back in their hangers.

| ||I wanted a heavy duty pot rack for my small kitchen, but didn't want it to take up too much space or hang from the ceiling. This rack worked perfectly. It fits nicely on the wall it was intended for without being too bulky. I currently have 9 all-clad pans hanging from it. The rack also came with very nice mounting hardware.

| ||we were looking for something smaller that wouldn't take away - this was a good choice - we have it over a window and it has worked well for us - clean look, nice rack.
Could you tell me what is the distance between the curved openings? I have an exhaust fan that needs to fit in there.
