Beautifully made hood, easy clean, no exposed "nooks and crannies". Quiet fan even as a non vented unit. Halogen lights make cook top "pop" - no more over done onions! Could not be more satisfied.

EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCT by: Mike from: Henryville, in on: November 30, 2009
VERY TIMELY DELIVERY FROM THE TIME OF THE ORDER. ARRIVED IN PERFECT SHAPE (NO DAMAGE). VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND WORKS GREAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE. I AM USING IT UNVENTED AND IT CIRCULATES A LOT OF AIR SO I WOULD IMAGINE USING IT VENTED IS ALSO VERY EFFICIENT.

This is worth every penny! by: Cheryl from: Augusta, MT on: July 9, 2009
We don't have an outside vent over our stove. The old hood wasn't powerful enough to recirculate hot air/smoke from the stovetop, and our super-sensitive smoke alarms were blaring on an almost daily basis. (Yes, we checked batteries, plus they are hard-wired in). The new range hood is a wonder--the sensor works, lets us know when to increase the volume, and even works to eliminate 'burning toast' odor/smoke from across the kitchen. Life is much quieter now. This unit is expensive but it works.
absolutely thrilled with it! by: Carol from: Angora, MN on:
We just finished installing our new range hood and are absolutely thrilled with it! It is far superior to the old one we had, and I know we will enjoy this one for a very long time!!! Thank you! Carol Wonderlich
Is this a recirculating hood? I have it but i'm not sure. I see that it is supposed to be mounted under a cabinet but i'm wondering if it's the kind that can filter the air and recirculate if there is no outdoor ventilation? - Asked about product BR-QS136SS
This hood can recirculate, you would need to purchase the re-circulation filters in order to allow it to filter air and push back into the room.
