This PS1010 Cabinet Mount Professional Series Range Hood from Modern Aire is a high-powered ventilation system that's made of 300 series stainless steel and features a polished stainless steel baffle filter system, a variable speed motor control and dimmer-controlled halogen lighting. The cabinet mount range hood is for cooktops with 45k to 150k BTU and is available with 400, 600 or 1200 cfm for internal motors. The range hoods are available in Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass and Powder-Coated finishes. Custom sizes, pot-rail bars and vertical banding are also available.

	The fan I purchased made a loud clicking noise when it was installed by my electrician. The rep I contacted suggested I have my electrician look at it as they did not have any local representation. We looked at it and confirmed that it made a loud grinding noise upon start up. I had to send it to the manufacturer after much ado. My contact only worked 3 days a week so making the connection with time changes and my work schedule was difficult. The rep said they were not able to duplicate the noise. I asked to send another which they did and it works fine. I'm bothered by the time it took to get a replacement and the lack of local service/knowledge of the product (given the price point of product).
