Controlled by a mechanical push-button control panel, the builder series utilize a 3-speed, 190cfm blower in all BWRS units and 3-speed, 300cfm blower in all BWRD builder series units. Heat produced in cooking doesn’t just rise vertically - dispersion pushes steam and heat outward as well. A fold-down, tempered glass air shield re-directs the rising airflow back towards the blowers for better air capture. Not only does this provide more efficiency to your kitchen but added style as well. With the option of retracting the glass, you can add or remove a sleek, modern touch to your kitchen sure to catch the eye in all the right ways. Two 3-layer, dishwasher safe, aluminum mesh filters line the bottom allowing air to pass, and grease to cease. Two incandescent light bulbs illuminate your cooking area with 40 watts of power.
