Keeping the capture zone below the controls is employed to keep the controls away from grease and grime – a perfect marriage of form and function. A single 3-layer, dishwasher safe, aluminum mesh filter lines the bottom allowing air to pass and grease to cease. Two halogen light bulbs illuminate your cooking area with 20 watts of power.
