 | Good morning, I have a granite peninsula that needs support. I have a 2 X 4 there now and it measures 34 1/4 inches. This item says "adjustable leveler" so I think it would work but I wanted to be sure that 34 1/2 would fit. Also, how does it secure on the top?  | This base would work for the height requested. At the lowest point this table base is 34.12" and with the leveler fully extended the height is 35". In regards to mounting a top, you will need a "sub-top" of some kind, I would touch base with the granite manufacturer on what your best options will be. The table base has a mounting plate with holes to attach to a work surface.
