| ||Good luck finding a better under counter trash can than this one! The lid automatically opens and closes when you open the cabinet door keeping potentially smelly odors in their place. Functions perfectly! Well built and designed, figures it's from Germany! The pictured installation manual takes some figuring out, but stick with it, it's doable. Love it!

| ||Love the garbage can. The fact that the lid is attached to the cupboard instead of the can keeps everything much cleaner. It is a great size and doesn't need to emptied as often as my old can
|The best bathroom trash can

| ||This is the best bathroom trash can you can get. It sits out of sight in the cupboard until you need it and then you just open the door and it is there.
The installation instructions are similar to those from IKEA (no words) but you can figure it out. It ships with 2 choices of bracket to mount on the door - I found the metal bracket to be better than the the plastic one.

|pretty cool- hope it holds up

| ||I think the plastic clips that hold it in may break but so far so good. The idea is a good one- everyone should compost and this makes it easy and sanitary. (bug free- smell free)
|I'm trying to understand the dimensions of the trash can. If its a circle, how can it be 14" wide but only 12 deep. A circle is the same any way you look at it.
We have a pipe that is 12.8" from the front of the cabinet. Will this fit? The 12" depth implies it would, the 14" width suggest it wouldn't. - Asked about product HA-502.12.023
| ||The 14" Width is not the Diameter but rather, the diameter plus the swing. So, a 14’’ width is required and only a 12" Depth.

|Does this trash can hold 8 gallons?
Is this trash can suitable for under the kitchen sink? How much space is required under the sink to install this trash can.
Can you explain what is meant by mount will need to be blocked out? - Asked about product HA-502.12.023
| ||The Dimensions of this trash can are 14-1/16" W x 12" D x 15" H. These are the dimensions that are recommended, as long as there are no obstructions (like hinges, etc..) to the opening of the cabinet. What is meant by "blocked out" is that this trash can is designed for a frameless cabinet and due to the way it pivots and is attached at the cabinet, it needs to be mounted flush.
