First rate in every way. Solved a space problem beautifully.
The product was nice, although I should have purchased the larger product. I didn't realize the size of the trash can was so small and my cabinet space required the larger unit. Installation was straightforward and less than 15 mins. Appears well-built, but time will tell. An optional wire handle that could be attached at one end of the white bin would help older folks in pulling the bin out (by reducing the distance a person needs to bend down to pull the bin out), but I rigged a homemade version with material from hardware store.

Purchased as a replacement for the identical unit which served us well for over five years. Arrived promptly, but packaging was damaged and plastic bin was cracked. Unusual cold snap (for our area) that week might have been to blame. Went ahead and installed it anyway, and it continues to work fine. Never contacted company for a replacement, so can't comment on customer service. My fault.

IT's great, what can I say. I installed it with the 4 screws provided myself! no man needed.
It looks great too, I get compliments all the time. And it saves a lot of space under your sink, I have the bucket with all my cleaning products next to it.
If I had a regular round trash can I could not fit the cleaning product bucket. So it is a space saver as well as a great looking trash can.
