| | Purchased as a replacement for the identical unit which served us well for over five years. Arrived promptly, but packaging was damaged and plastic bin was cracked. Unusual cold snap (for our area) that week might have been to blame. Went ahead and installed it anyway, and it continues to work fine. Never contacted company for a replacement, so can't comment on customer service. My fault.

| | IT's great, what can I say. I installed it with the 4 screws provided myself! no man needed.
It looks great too, I get compliments all the time. And it saves a lot of space under your sink, I have the bucket with all my cleaning products next to it.
If I had a regular round trash can I could not fit the cleaning product bucket. So it is a space saver as well as a great looking trash can.
