I received this item very quickly and the order was complete. The directions for installing were clear and easy to follow. I put this together in less than an hour. The lip on my cabinet was a bit higher so I had to add a board in the bottom so the mechanism would clear the lip when opened. Cabinet problem - not a problem with this item. I would highly recommend it.

The old trash pull-out was broken by houseguests. I thought I'd have to go to a speciality store to order a new unit and pay someone to install it. I was wrong. I found what I needed on kitchensource and it was promptly delivered and, better yet, I installed it in no time. It was a snap - four screws.

This product replaced my Rev a shelf 3 conainer recycle bin whose framework fell apart. The chrome framework on this unit seems sturdier and now that we have gone "single stream recycling" in our area, the 2, larger bins work perfectly. Extremely easy to install, the part I was dreading
