This is an OK product -- but just OK. The service from Kitchensource was great, and the item arrived in no time, but the rack itself was just a little too non-robust for the price. Assembly instructions are not great, but there's not too much to go wrong after taking a look at the parts. Once assembled and "leveled" on my hardwood floor, the rack was still just a little too wobbly for my liking. It looks good and at the moment is holding a fair number of wine bottles, but I worry about it tipping over if I don't pay attention to how I load the bottles.
