This combination exhaust fan and light by Air King is available with a 50 or 70 CFM blower and uses a 100 watt standard light bulb. This blower is prefect for bathrooms from 50 to 80 square feet. UL listed for use over a tub or shower with a GFCI circuit. Uses a 4 inch plastic collar with a back draft damper for quiet operation.
