The hard surface of the Edge Grain ensures these Reversible Cutting Boards by John Boos last a long time in your kitchen, bringing you durability with a beautiful finish. The boards are 2-1/4" thick and are finished with a penetrating oil. Approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), the boards are available in multiple sizes with a Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax. The boards ship via UPS/FedEx Ground.
