Included is delivery to curbside.  Items over 125 lbs require assistance to unload provided by the customer.

Trucking Company will call ahead to make arrangements.  This does not include inside delivery.

Tailgate Service
If you cannot provide help, the trucking company can provide a tailgate service which usually costs $80 - $100 (payable to trucking company on delivery).  This does not include inside delivery.

Inside Delivery:
 (**NOTE: Not available for the JB-AA03 - JB-AA13)
This service can be provided at an extra cost - usually $40 - $60.  This charge is additional to the tailgate service (if required).  Inside delivery means just inside the nearest door (back, front, or garage but does not include climbing any steps).

**Inside Delivery not available for: JB-AA03, B-AA04, B-AA05, B-AA06, B-AA07, B-AA08, B-AA09, B-AA10, B-AA11, B-AA12, & B-AA13.  A crew of people, organized by the customer, are needed to bring it inside

Inspection:
Carefully inspect your package upon arrival, before you sign for it.  If you are unable to do so, sign as "Un-inspected";  Otherwise, we might not be able to assist you with any possible claims.
