Chop and Drop System: Allows for the sanitary collection of juices, the easy collection of prepared foods, easy disposal of waste, and effortless clean up. This system features a juice groove on the cutting surface, to collect juices and direct their flow to the ''Pig Snout'' (a cut out in the work surface). Stainless steel chef pan fits snuggly below the “Pig Snout” to collect the juices or cut product.
Trash Ring and Trash Bag Feature: The trash bag feature is designed to replace the chef pan when it is desirable to dispose of waste directly into a trash bag. The trash ring is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag, or various size kitchen trash bags.
Preparing food is easy with a kitchen cart that provides extra room for storage and ample space for cutting, slicing and chopping. This Pro Chef Food Prep Station by Chris & Chris has an all wood construction and features one utility drawer, two spacious shelves and a built-in cutting board. The kitchen cart measures 23-3/4" W x 23-3/4" D x 35-3/4" H and has four casters for easy movement. Ships via UPS/FedEx ground.

| | I'm not sure how we found this site, but we are sure happy that we did. This cart is high quality ... solid wood ... not pressed wood. Although new, it appears to be very sturdy, and we hope to get years of service from the cart. Ordering, shipping and communication with the seller was efficient. Packing was excellent, and the cart arrived with no damage. Read through the directions to get an understanding of the steps, since the directions were the only negative I found. Happy guy here!

| | I am very pleased with this prep station. I should have bought this 30 years ago! I appreciate the extra counter space, and the chopping block with its waste pan is wonderful. The extra storage on the shelves make having several small appliances within reach.I also love having the drawer available for measuring cups and knives. I am not sure about how much heat the counter top will handle so I am careful to use a heat protector for dishes straight out of the oven.It is very easy to wheel out of kitchen in order to wash the floor.

| | | The top is made of 1.5" thick end grain rubber wood, grown in Vietnam. Chris & Chris use rubber wood because it is grown as a crop and thus is a renewable source. This wood is also very good for cutting on, as it does not easily scratch or mar and is easy on your knives. The product is also made in Vietnam.
