| | Item arrived very scratched on one side. Told customer service and they looked into it, and realized the scratches are on the side that will now show once installed so it turned out to be okay and I'm not going to ask for a replacement, but not sure why they are sending out items that are very heavily scratched. Customer service was great though and got back to me right away about my concerns.

| | Nice sturdy liner for the range hood. My complaints are minor. The silver metallic was not nearly as close to stainless steel as I was led to believe (online colors are not particularly accurate and the person on chat said it was "pretty close"). It's close enough though since they only time you can really see it is if you're at the stove to cook. I am disappointed that for the price of the liner, a half dozen screws couldn't have been included to anchor it to the cabinets.
