| | They are mesh filters for my kitchen exhaust fan (I need 2). The old ones were in decent shape, but I just couldn't get them as clean and odor-free as I would have liked (they were over 6 years old!). These new ones are exact replacements and fit and work like a charm! Easy ordering from this company and the filters arrived quickly.

| | I purchased an air filter. Unfortunately it arrived very bent. I called customer service to let them know. I was asked to send them pictures which I did. A little bit less than a week later I received a 2nd one in perfect condition. I didn't have to go through the process of returning the bent one either, which is always a good thing! It went into the garbage.
