With LED lights and featuring a touch control panel with 4 speeds, the hood has a timer option which automatically shuts off after 20 minutes and a built-in anti-crushing safety system.

		No, SU-SUDD3TC cannot be turned into a recirculating unit. It does require either use of an Sirius external blower.

	I have an existing downdraft range hood I wish to replace. It has an internal blower vented to the outside with a duct that enters the floor of the cabinet. Will the SUDD3 20"-unit work with my existing arrangement for venting into the duct opening in the floor of the cabinet?   - Asked about product SU-SUDD3TC
		If your existing blower is an inline blower and a Sirius brand, it will work with the SU-SUDD3TC. All Sirius model vent/range hoods require Sirius blowers/power packs.

		Any external blower would need to be mounted outside of your home, either on an external wall or the roof.
