 Everyone laughed at me when I said I wanted a device to eject my trash barrel, and yet, here it is.... and it works *great* [finally]. Bought this for my kitchen remodel and the product arrived on time, however, after installed for about 2 weeks, the ejector component "lost its mind" and just kept ejecting and then shut itself completely off. Very frustrating. I was ready to toss this in the trash, but reached out to Haefele who worked with me and Kitchensource.com to replace the device. The new one works like a DREAM and I love it! And Kitchensource.com was also great to work with. They were easy to work with, responsive via email, and sent me a replacement unit. I'm a happy camper, and loving my hands free trash barrel! [Giving this 4 starts cause the first unit should have worked!]
